Front

Here's my first design of the front of the building and how it evolved to adapt to the new circumstances on the market.

I like to care of the smallest details in every project I get involved in. That allowed me to develop my design skills and become proficient in several trades. In this occasion, I redesigned and built the cladding to appeal a younger market and to bring costs down.

Interior

In the interior design for the show apartment, I used IKEA furniture and my cousin's pictures (she is an amazing painter).

No other light but the sunlight and the lamps installed have been used to illuminate the pictures.

I also worked on the bamboo parquet placement and the bath and kitchen bamboo counter-tops.

I design the kitchen to be functional and clean, with the backsplash built with a 0.5mm stainless steel sheet. The counter-top made of stone and bamboo in the "breakfast area".
