Slit-glasses

Thinking about how to reduce blinding glare while driving I came up with an idea that I thought it was original.
Of course!
The Inuit people found the solution at least 7.000 years before. Maybe even much earlier when the first humans crossed the Bering Strait.
It has been a fun process to rediscover the Slit-glasses, with an excitement matching that of the Spanish 'Conquistadores'.
It is amazing how well the slit glasses work and how they increase image definition. The downside is that they noticeably constrain the vertical angle of vision. I do not see much of a problem with that, but there may be some legal aspects involving their use while driving.
